2 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1/2 cup Chicken shreds (steamed)
1/2 cup Sweetcorn
1/2 cup Cheese (grated)
1tsp Zeera powder (coriander powder)
1/2tsp Chaat masala (if desired)
1tsp Red chilli powder
Salt (to taste)
Mix everything together except breadcrumbs.
Make tikkis (flat round kebabs) and roll them into breadcrumbs. Shallow fry them till crisp golden layer. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
