1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups oats
3/4 cup chocolate chips
mix butter and sugars. add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Put oats in a food processor and grind until flour. Add oat flour and chocolate chips. Drop in balls on cookies sheets. Bake @ 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. YUM!!!
