1 pkg fudge brownie mix - plus ingredients to fix
2 squares white baker's chocolate
2 Tbsp milk
1 pkg cream cheese softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup thawed cool whip
1 pint small strawberries
Make brownies in mini muffin pan. Press tops down to make indentions, this is where the filling will go. Microwave white chocolate and milk high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Combine cream cheese and powered sugar, mix well. Gradually stir in the white chocolate mixture until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Pipe mixture into cooled brownie cups (put in ziploc bag and snip end). Slice strawberries in 3-5 pieces and put a piece on each brownie.
I didn't have the baker's chocolate so last time I actually must put in sweetened condensed milk in the place of the chocolate/milk mixture, probably 1/3 of can.
