Preparation time: 35 min.
Cooking time: 350 degrees F. for 25-30 min.

1 cup macaroni
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) low-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup.
3/4 cup evaporated fat-free milk
1 can (9 1/4 ounces) white albacore tuna packed in water, drained.
2 Tbl. grated low-fat Parmesan cheese
1- Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and return to the pot.
2- Coat a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the celery and onion; cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the soup and milk. Cook for 2 minutes, or until heated through. Stir in the Tuna and macaroni.
3- Coat a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Add the macaroni mixture and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling.
