Poppy Seed Chicken

Serves: 4-6


3 cups cooked chicken, chopped ( I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Ritz Crackers (30-40), crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted


Cook chicken and chop. Combine first 4 ingredients into baking dish. Combine butter and crackers and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
