Lemonade Cake

Ingredients

1 - box of lemon cake mix
1 - box of lemon pudding (small)
4 - eggs
1 - Cup of water
1/4 Cup oil


Method

Beat 4 minutes and pour into a floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.

After baking, use a large serving fork to puncture entire cake top, wait 5 minutes and pour glaze onto the cake and refridgerate.


Glaze:

2 C. of powered sugar
1 can of frozen lemonade (6 oz. - 1/2 of a 12 oz. can) do not dilute

Mix together and pour on top of cake.
