Spicy Thai Green Papaya Salad

Bunch of shreded green papaya
1 bunch of cilantro
1/3 cup fish sauce
1/3 cup lime juice
1 garlic clove
1 tsp powdered lemon grass
1 tsp galangal
thai bird chiles to taste
1 TBSP sweetner- sugar or honey
1 tsp red curry paste


put fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, lemon grass, galangal, thai bird chiles in blender and blend until smooth.

Toss with papaya and cilantro

optional garnis with peanuts and or coconut.

let stand in fridge for at least 1 hour but longer is better.
