Salmon pot-au-feu

Salmon fillet(s)
Fish stock cube
(baby) vegetables: Leeks, Carrots, Onions, Asparagus, Courgettes, turnip, ...
Bouquet garni (Herbs), Bay leaves
Pink pepper bays
Salt pepper
Mayonnaise, Curry powder, Lime


Boil water, add vegetables and a fish stock cube, cook for 15 minutes
Add the fish and cook for another 10 minutes

Remove the water before serving. Sprinkle with the pink pepper bays and salt.

Serve with a curry mayonnaise on the side (Mayo + Lime juive + Salt + Pepper + Curry powder)
