Lemon juice or vinegar
In a salad bowl, add 1 glass of couscous grains and 1 and 1/2 glasses of tomato juice, salt pepper, mint sauce (or fresh mint and vinegar), Lemon juice or vinegar.
Add chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions and stir.
Put in the fridge.
Before serving, add olive oil and stir.
