Chocolate Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c Crisco (lard)
3-4 TBSP cocoa
1 c water

2 c sugar (can use 1/2)
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
6 TBSP milk
1 stick margarine
3-4 TBSP cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
nuts, optional

Method

Mix 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c Crisco, 3-4 TBSP cocoa, and 1 c water in saucepan and warm on LOW heat. Then add dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Put into large/deep bar sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients on low heat and cook until melted. Add powdered sugar and beat; add nuts - keep mixture on low heat until cake is done. Pour quickly on HOT cake.
