1/2 cup Bragg's Amino's (or soy sauce)
6 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry Sherry
2 tsp scallions, chopped
1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
4 strip steaks, about 8 oz each
Combine all ingredients in a large storage bag. Add steaks, and marinate for several hours, or overnight.
When ready to cook steaks, remove them from marinade. Safe a half cup of the marinade and bring to a full boil in a saucepan.
Meanwhile, grill or broil the steaks to desired doneness.
Serve the steaks with the boiled marinade.
