Whimmzy Bean Salad

1 bunch of chopped cilantro
1 can black beans drained
2 cans of Sunvista pinto beans drained
1 can of diced green chilies
2 large tomatoes diced
1 medium onion diced
1 can of olives sliced
4 ears of PRECOOKED CORN on the cob
1 package of t.bell taco seasoning mix
10 packs(from the restraunt) of mild taco sauce
1/2 t.spn of chili powder
1/2 t.spn of garlic powder
2 cups of shredded Pepperjack cheese


Take pre cooked corn place in pan with several tablespoons of oil and roast the ears on medium heat until browned, take off of heat and let cool. then cut corn off of the ears. Place all ingreidents into a large bowl thoroughly. Place in fridge for about a hour until flavors are married, eat like a salad or eat with chips. Yummy.
I named it whimmzy bean salad, because I told Dan( my husband) I bet I could just throw something together on a whim and it would taste great.
