Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 TBSP butter
12 oz chocolate chips
1 bag marshmallows
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 jar roasted peanuts
In 3-qt heavy saucepan, melt 2 TBSP butter, chocolate chips and milk on low heat; after melted, remove from heat and add jar of peanuts; stir. Add marshmallow crean and coat well with chocolate mixture. Pour into lightly greased 9x13x2 pan. Cool uncovered. Once completely cooled, cut into pieces.
