Ingredients

4 cups mango nectar juice or 2 cup mango pulp with 2 cups of water.
2 cups plain yogurt
2 cup ice
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
8 tsp sugar, or to taste

Method

Blend all ingredients except ice in a blender.
Add ice and blend until smooth
Serve immediately
