Vegie Slice

Ingredients

2 zucchinis
2 carrots
1/4 butterbnut pumpkin
250g block cheese
8 eggs
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup powered milk
1 cup warm water
grated cheese extra
wheatgerm
1-2 finely chopped onion

Method

grate all the vegetables and block of cheese using a food processor, add onion.
mix together the eggs, flour, powered milk and water and combine with vegies.
pour into a large baking dish and spinkle very lightly with wheatgerm and then with a little grated cheese.
bake in 180degree oven for about 30-40mins approx.

note - can change ingredients to suit, different vegies, add ham etc
