2 grated zuchinni
2 grated carrots
1/4-1/2 grated butternut pumpkin
1x250g cheese, grated
1-2onions finely chopped
8 eggs
1 cup warm water
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup powdered milk
grated cheese, extra


mix together the eggs, water, flour and powered milk. combine vegies into this mix. pour into a large baking dish and spread out evenly.
sprinkle very lightly with wheatgerm and add a small amount of grated cheese on top.
cook 30-40mins approx in a 180degree oven
