Sage and Pecan Pork Chops

Pork Chops coated with bread crumbs, pecans and sage baked in oven and then coated with a blackberry sauce

5 TBSP seedless blackberry preserves
Pork chops
1 cup Italian bread crumbs (Panko)
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
2 tsp Sage
2 large eggs beaten


In small sauce pan heat preserves with water to desired sauce consistency

Mix bread crumbs, pecans, and sage together.
Coat pork chops in beaten eggs and then in the bread crumb mixture.

Place chops in baking dish and in oven at 400 for 45 minutes.

Serve with sauce
