Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 lbs. frozen corn
1 pkg cream cheese
1 TBSP butter/margarine
2 green chili peppers/Anaheim pepper, cut into small pieces (roast, peeled and seed chili before cutting into pieces)
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp Cayenee chili powder
1 tsp Mortons Natures' Season seasoning blend
Place all ingredients into medium-sized sauce pan and cook on low/med heat for 30 minutes.
May put in crock pot and cook on low for 2 hours - or adjust cooking time; depending on cooking heat temperature.
