All Purposed Flour : 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbsp - 2.5 tbsp)
Cornstarch : 2.5 tbsp
Baking Soda : 1 tsp
Butter : 1/2 Cup (8 tbsp)
Golden Sugar : 1/2 Cup (8 tbsp)
Almond : 1/2 Cup or preferred amount
(*Trick1) In order to make Cake Flour on our own :
1 Cup of cake flour = 1 Cup of all-purposed flour - 2 tbsp all-purposed flour + 2tbsp Cornstarch
1). Sift the all-purposed flour twice. Create the cake flour by using the Trick1 and add in the baking soda.
2). Mix Butter + Sugar (sifted) until it turns to white.
3). Beat in Egg white, then yellow part and mix together.
4). Gradually mix in the flour until well blended.
5). Add crunched almonds.
6). Pre-heat the oven 400F for 10 mins.
7). Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 mins.
