Dietary guidance: v
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup low fat yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup light cream cheese
2/3 cup icing sugar
1.5 tsp cocoa powder
1.5 tsp water
melted white chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 F and spray with oil/butter an 8 inch square pan.
For the brownies, combine sugar, oil, egg, vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Add cocoa and mix. Add flour, baking powder, yogurt and chocolate chips mixing just until combined and smooth, don't over
Pour batter in pan and bake 15-20 minutes just until set, don't overbake. Cool on rack before icing.
For the icing, place cream cheese, icing sugar, 1.5 tsp cocoa and water in blender and process until smooth. Spread over the brownie.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top and enjoy!
