Teriyaki Sauce Steak

1 c Soyu Sauce
1/2 c White Wine
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 piece of Ginger, the sized of thumb, peeled and minced
2 Tbsp Onion, chopped
2 tsp Sugar



In a covered container, mix all ingredients. Add meat and marinate in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably over night. Grill meat to desired doneness, basting frequently with the sauce.
