Vegetable Salad

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


3 boxes frozen mixed vegetables. cook, drain, cool
1 can red kidney beans
4 stalks celery
1 medium onion
1/2 mango3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup diluted vinegar
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon mustard


Place first five ingredients in large bowl. Mix together gently. In a saucepan, cook sugar, vinegar, flour and mustard until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Pour over the vegetables. gently mix. Refrigerate.
