1 c. lemon yogurt
1/3 c. mayonaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp poppy seeds
2 - 2 1/2 c (4 oz) uncooked bowtie pasta
10 oz cooked chicken breast (about 3) cut into bite size pieces
1 can (8 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c green onion, sliced
1/2 c sliced celery
For the DRESSING: Combine the yogurt, mayonaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and poppy seeds in a small mixing bowl. Mix well.
For the PASTA SALAD: Cook the pasta and drain and rinse under cold water. Combine pasta, chicken, mandarin oranges, green onions, and celery in a large bowl. Add dressing to taste. Toss well. Cover and regfrigerate until time to serve.
