Apple Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

Filling:
~ 10 cups of apples, peeled and cut into chunks
~ 2 cups of blueberries
juice of 1 lime

Topping:
1.5 cups of oats
0.5 cups whole wheat flour
1.25 cups of brown sugar
pinch of salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter, chilled, cut into pieces

Method

Preheat over to 375 degrees

Mix all Filling ingredients together and pour into 9x13 baking pan

Mix all dry Topping ingredients together
Cut butter coursely into mixture
Sprinkle evenly over filling

Bake uncovered until topping is crisp & deep golden brown - approx 40 minutes

Make a double batch and it nicely fills a 12x17 roasting pan.
