New England Rum Pie

Ingredients

Crust:
18 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 pound margarine, melted
dash of cinnamon

Filling:
12 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon rum

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon rum

Method

Crust:
Combine well and press into 9" pie pan. Set aside

Filling:
Mix all ingredients together well until the consistency of whipped cream. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes

Topping:
Mix all together well and spread on baked pie. Bake for an additional 5 minutes at 375 degrees F. Serve chilled.
