1 cup uncooked long grain rice
3 lbs chicken parts, skin removed
10 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
1 x 1 1/2 oz dry onion soup mix
1 tsp paprika
Put rice into 5 quart casserole dish, In mixing bowl stir soups, water and paprika until mixed throughly pour onto rice **reserving 1 cup of liquid to pour over chicken, mix rice and liquid together. Lay chicken in single layer over top of rice mixture and pour reserved liquid mix onto chicken and rice.
Cover and bake at 325 F for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until rice and chicken are cooked
