Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 cup flour
,ar,alade or jam
Mix butter, cottage cheese and flour; chill dough for 20 minutes or more. On floured board or pastry cloth, toll out to about the thickness of pie crust. Use a ruler to measure exactly 3" squares. Place 1 teaspoon of marmalade of jam in the cent and pinch together. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. DO NOT make more than a double batch in one mixing.
