French Dressing

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1/4 cup lemon juice or white vinegar wine
3/4 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard


Shake all ingredients together in a jar until they are blended. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Dressing will separate, but shake again just before serving.
