Ingredients

2 egg whites at room temperature
dash flour
6 tabelspoons granulated sugar

Method

Beat egg whites until foamy; add salt; continue beating until whites form soft peaks. Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and beat until mixture forms stiff peals - about 10 minutes.
