2 Italian Sausages
1 small onion
2 cups Thick & chunky spaghetti sauce
4 oz (half a block) cream cheese
1 cup marble cheese, shredded
In a nonstick fry pan;cook sausage which has been removed from casing and crumbled, add onion and cook, stirring until sausage is cooked through. Drain off any excess fat, stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer for 10 mins or until thickened a little. Add cream cheese a bit at a time, stirring until melted. Add marble cheese and stir until melted.
Serve with soft bread sticks from bakery the kind you heat up in oven.
