1 pound large shrimp, with shells
1 pound butter
1 teaspoon Zatarain's Liquid Shrimp and Crab Boil
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 loaf french bread
Preheat the oven broiler.
Arrange the shrimp in a baking pan. Melt the butter in a medium-size saucepan over medium heat. Add the pepper, garlic powder, salt, and liquid crab boil. Bring to a boil. Pour the sauce over the shrimp, broil for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with French bread to dip in the butter sauce.
