1 head cauliflower
1 oz soy sauce (I use gluten free)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp sugar
Pepper (1/2 teaspoon? depends on taste)
Preheat oven to 450 F. Cut cauliflower florets into 1.5 inch size, uniform. Mix everything else together and coat the florets with the sauce. Let sit a few minutes, if you have the time. Put the cauliflower in a large roasting pan, right in the middle of oven. After 10 minutes, stir, roast another 10 minutes. Take out and eat.
