Apple Berry Salsa

2 medium granny smith apples
1 pint strawberries, diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 kiwi, peeled and diced
1 small orange
2 TBS packed brown sugar
2 TBS apple jelly or apricot jam

Cinnamon chips
8 (7 inch) flour tortillas
1 TBs sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


1. Peel, core and slice apples. Coarsely chop apples slices. Dice strawberries and kiwi. Place fruit in a small bowl.
2. Zest orange to measure 1 tsp zest. Juice orange to measure 2 TBS juice. Add orange zest, juice, brown sugar and jelly to fruit mixture; mix gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cinnamon chips
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray tortillas with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into eight wedges; arrange half of the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a pizza pan. Bake 8-10 min or until edges are lightly browned and crisp. Cool completely.
