4-5 ripe pears
100 g soft light brown sugar
100 g plain chocolate chips (jag tar hackade mjölkchoklad)
100 g plain flour
100 g granulated sugar (strösocker)
75g butter, chilled and diced
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel, core and chop the pears and combine them with the brown sugar and half the chocolate chips. Then divide the mixture between 4 250 ml ovenproof ramekins or heatproof teacups.
2. Place the flour, granulated sugar and butter in a food processor and pulse until just combined and the mixture starts to clump together. Stir through the remaining chocolate chips.
3. Divide the topping between the ramekins and press down lightlly. Transfer the ramekins to a baking tray,and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with ice cream.
