Minted lamb balls

600g minced lamb
1 small (80g) onion, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon sweet paprika
¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint
salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 180C
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well
Shape into small balls and place in large baking tray
Bake for 30 minutes
