â€¢ 1 pound Spaghetti
â€¢ 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
â€¢ 1 can mushroom pieces and stems (drained and rinsed), 4 oz
â€¢ 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan, 8 oz
â€¢ 1 tsp dried oregano
â€¢ 2 tsp fresh or dried parsley
In a medium pot bring water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, combine the spaghetti sauce, mushroom pieces, oregano and parsley in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on High for 3 minutes or until the sauce is heated through. Set aside.
Drain the pasta, spoon the reserved spaghetti sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the grated parmesan. Serve.
