Carrot Pudding Cake

1 cup water
2 1/2 pounds white cake mix
2 cups cooking oil
4 eggs
4 cups carrots, finely grated
4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 package (3 ounce) instant butterscotch pudding
1 package (3 ounces) instant butter pecan pudding mix
3/4 cups nuts


Mix well and beat e minutes at medium speed then 2 minutes at low speed. Pour into four 8" prepared pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
