Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 lb. Red Seedless Grapes
1 lb. Green Seedless Grapes
8 oz. Brick Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 C Sugar
1 t Vanilla
4 T Brown Sugar, divided
1/2 C Nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Wash and drain grapes.
Place red grapes in bottom of a clear glass bowl.
Sprinkle with 2T Brown Sugar
Place green grapes over that.
Sprinkle another 2T Brown Sugar over green grapes.
Cream the cream cheese and sour cream.
Add sugar and vanilla
Pour mixture over grapes and stir gently.
Sprinke with nuts.
