Country Spare Ribs with BBQ Sauce

1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 1/2 cups water

2-3 lbs country style ribs (pork)
lemon juice
1-2 large onions


Combine all sauce ingredients and heat.

Arrange ribs on edge in roasting pan. Sprinkle lemon juice over them. Arrange sliced onion on top of the ribs. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 mins, drain off fat.
Add sauce, bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours. Baste every 15 mins.

Sauce can be used on pork chops (over 1" thick) and any chicken cuts. Just reduce the final baking time.
