1 cup of salted butter
2 Tablespoons of Chopped fresh parsley
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
2 Pinches of white pepper
Beat butter at low speed until light & smooth.
Add ingredients & beat to combine well.
Roll up the butter mixture into a log shape using waxed paper or plastic wrap & refrigerate until firm.
Cut slices 1/4 inch thick & serve over freshly cooked steaks or chops.
