Remoulade sauce

Zingy, spicy, creamy sauce to kick up just about anything you want. Great with crab cakes, fried shrimp, fried calamari!

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 8


1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 TB horseradish (I only had horseradish cream sauce, so I left out a little mayo)
1 TB pickle relish
1 TB minced garlic (fresh is always best!)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
salt to taste


Combine all ingredients until blended well. Chill until served.
