Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

Serves: 4-6


Cream Cheese 4 oz. pkg.
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 tblsp.
Whipped topping 8 oz.
Graham Cracker Crust (store bought is fine unless you're really dedicated)
Milk 1 cup
Vanilla Instant Pudding 2 of the 4 serving packs
Pure Pumpkin 16 oz. (no spices)
Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp.
Ground Ginger 1/2 tsp.
Ground Cloves 1/4 tsp.


Mix cream cheese, tablespoon of milk, and sugar until smooth.

Stir in whipped topping and spread on the crust.
Put this in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the next layer.

In a separate bowl pour the milk, pudding, pumpkin, and spices and mix until smooth.

Spread the pumpkin mix over the creamy/whipped layer.

Let chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or over night.
