cauliflower roasted with rosemary and garlic

cauliflower, 1 head, chopped

garlic, 6 cloves, minced
rosemary leaf, 4 stalks, chopped (no stems)
salt, 1/2 tsp
sugar, 1/2 tsp
balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp
black pepper, 1/4 tsp
olive oil, 4-6 tbsp


Oven to 400 F.
Combine marinade ingredients in large bowl.
Toss with cauliflower.
Marinate up to 1 day if desired.
Spread onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 15 min one side.
Bake 10-15 min other side.
