- wakame: 1/2 cup
- dashi stock: 6 cups
- miso soy bean paste: 1/2 cup
- soft tofu: 1/2 pound
- scallions: 1/2 cup
Preparation:
Soak the wakame in water for 15 minutes and cut it into smaller slices if necessary.
Cut 1/2 cup of scallions, abut 250 grams of tofu, and mix 1/2 cup of miso paste with a little bit of water and dashi until smooth.
Method:
Heat 6 cups of dashi stock and add the wakame. Simmer for one minute then add the tofu and scallions, finally add the soy paste.
