Dietary guidance: v
I bunch of Broccoli crowns, washed, drained and cut up in bite-size pieces
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4-1/2 cup white raisins
Crumbled fried bacon, drained and patted dry
(you can use store bought jarred bacon pieces)
Optional: you can add some finely diced up red onion to taste.
1 cup Hellman's Mayonaise
1/4 cup sugar ( I used about 1/2 packet of Splenda) to taste.
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Coarse Black Pepper to taste
Just before taking to an event or b-4 dinner, fold in about 1/2 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese.
Dice up into bite-size pieces, washed and drained broccoli..Add the rest of the veggies, sunflower seeds, onions, and raisins.
Stir up the Mayo Dressing, sugar and vinegar. Mix well, cream.
Just b-4 serving add Mild Cheddar Cheese.
Refridgerate about 1-2 hours before serving....
