225gr cooking black chocolat (if you can less 50grblack chocolat and add 50gr powder unsweteneed)
225gr butter
4 eggs
180gr sugar
150g flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 glass hazelnut (optional)


oven 200Degree
** melt butter and chocolat in a pan
** beat the eggs and suggar until whittening
** add the flour then add bakking powder
** add the chocolat and butter.
** beat all together
** add hazelnut

** butter the mould and flour
** add the dow and cook for 25min
**the cake must be still runny in the middle it will harden while cooling
