Olive Tapenade

2 C green olives with pimento (or if you don't have olives with pimentos substitute regular green olives and added 2-3 (1.5-2” wide) slices of roasted peppers)
2 T drained capers
4 T oil (I used an onion-infused oil I made earlier)
1 shot of rum (you can use brandy, cooking wine or sherry)


Blend all ingredients until proper consistency.

Serve with pita bread squares.
