1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup water
1 tsp cooking oil
Spices--Cinnamon, Allspice, Ginger, Nutmeg
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add small amounts of the spices to the dry ingredients until it smells just how you want it to smell.
Mix water and oil together in a separate bowl.
In a small pot, add the oil mix to the dry mix slowly. Stir to mix well. Cook the mixture for two to three minutes until the dough starts to pull away from the side of the pan. Stir frequently.
Take dough out of pan and let cool a few minutes. Knead until it becomes soft and smooth.
Store in airtight container.
