2 cups cooked garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp celery salt
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until pureed smooth. Add 1 tblsp water if necessary to aid blending. Season to taste with salt and white pepper if desired.
