Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 pkg (12 oz) frozen sweet corn
1 c 2% milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 Tbs mayonnaise
3 Tbs butter, melted
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare corn according to package directions and set aside to cool.
Use a wire whisk to combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the corn. Turn into a 1 qt shallow, oven-safe casserole dish.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden.
